Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (Egypt) We ship to all governorates across Egypt. Delivery typically takes 1–5 business days depending on your location. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Delays While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience.

Damaged or Lost Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can resolve the issue promptly.
